Personal information related to your employment with a company in the HRSG will be held in Octofy HCM. The information about you, which may include sensitive personal data, is hel for management purposes and for personnel administration in connection with your employment. It will be kept for the duration of your employment and for a reasonable period thereafter.
Information may be disclosed to companies, other than the company that employs you, within the HRSG for the purposes described above. This may involve the transfer of your personal information to countries or territories which have different data protection laws to those of the county where you are employed.
Information may be disclosed to third parties or agents who provides us with services, such as benefits provideers. HRSG is also at times required by some countries to disclose personal data in order to comply with a legal or regulatory reporting / obligations.
